Anton Kaszubowski
FOUNDER
Anton is Founder of Greenlaw Limited, which provides strategy and management consulting advice to clients operating in or investing into gambling and games sector.
Through Greenlaw Limited, Anton peronally advises and invests into emerging technologies and is a shareholder and former board member of leading metaverse focused business, Dubit Limited. He was also a seed investor in VR games company, XR Games, leading eSports betting specialist, Askott Entertainment (acquired by FansUnite) as well as Mercurius - an AI technology business transforming sports betting into a new financial alternative investment class. Through Greenlaw, Anton has also acted as an advisor to companies such as IGT, William Hill, SIS, Netplay and Stanleybet.
In 2009 Anton sold the online gaming business, BetOnBet, where he was Executive Director. Prior to its sale BetOnBet was a leading poker and casino operator in the Scandinavian market.
In 2008 Anton sold the multi-platform, interactive 'live dealer' gaming business, Pitchgaming, where he was founder and CEO, to Netplay TV Plc. Prior to its sale Pitchgaming was a leading producer and broadcaster of interactive TV gambling content for the UK market. Pitchgaming broadcast it's live gaming television shows nightly on BSkyB as well as streaming interactive versions of its programmes to its online casino. Pitchgaming also operated white label interactive TV gaming services for other broadcasters, such as Portland TV.
Previous to establishing Pitchgaming, Anton was Managing Director of FUN Technologies Plc, a leading provider of P2P online casual gaming platforms. In less than three years the FUN Technologies grew to become the world's largest online casual games and fantasy sports provider with over 35 million registered users. During that time the company raised over US$160 million in five rounds of equity financings, including its IPO on the UK's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Prior to its sale FUN completed eight strategic acquisitions for a total consideration in excess of US$100 million. Liberty Media's acquisition of FUN (which began in March 2006 and was completed in December 2007) valued the company at US$484 million.
Prior to his roles within the online gaming sector, Anton worked as an investment banker for BancBoston, JP Morgan and LongAcre Partners (now Jefferies & Company), specialising in providing mergers & acquisitions and financing advice to media, gaming and technology companies.
Anton holds a MA Hons in Modern History from Magdalen College, Oxford University and an MSc in Finance from City University Business School.
